Dermal Fillers

Considered, natural-looking enhancement and restoration — from lips and cheeks to jaw, chin and lower-face lines.

The treatment

Dermal fillers are smooth hyaluronic-acid gels used to restore lost volume, refine contours and soften lines — placed precisely, in amounts that respect your natural anatomy.

Whether it's definition in the lips, structure through the cheeks and jaw, or softening of lower-face lines, treatment starts with an honest conversation about the result you want — and what will (and won't) get you there.

What it can help with

  • Lip shape, volume & symmetry
  • Cheek definition & mid-face volume
  • Jawline & chin profile
  • Marionette lines & nasolabial folds
  • Jowls & the lower face
  • Dissolving unwanted or migrated filler

Questions, answered

Frequently asked

Will my results look natural?

That's the whole approach of The Clinic. Filler is built up gradually, working with your features rather than against them — and you'll always get an honest recommendation, even when that means suggesting less than you came in for.

How long do dermal fillers last?

Typically anywhere from 6 to 18 months, depending on the product used, the area treated and how quickly your body breaks it down. What to realistically expect is covered in your consultation.

Does it hurt?

Discomfort is usually brief and very manageable. Numbing cream is applied before treatment, and most modern fillers also contain a local anaesthetic.

Is there any downtime?

You may have some swelling, redness or bruising for a few days — most people carry on as normal. Full aftercare is explained at your appointment and emailed to you afterwards.

Can filler be dissolved?

Yes. Hyaluronic-acid filler can be dissolved (£100), whether that's older work you're unhappy with — including treatments done elsewhere — or a first step before starting fresh.
